PROJECT
Replace the tub with a walk-in tile shower and glass door, new vanity, fan and lighting.
LABOR
PHASE 1 — DEMOLITION
- 1. Remove tub, tile and vanity.
- 2. Check the subfloor.
PHASE 2 — PLUMBING AND WATERPROOFING
- 3. Move the drain for the shower.
- 4. Install the waterproof membrane.
PHASE 3 — TILE
- 5. Set floor and wall tile.
- 6. Grout and seal.
PHASE 4 — FIXTURES
- 7. Install vanity, faucet and shower valve trim.
- 8. Hang the glass door.
PHASE 5 — FINAL CHECK
- 9. Test the fan and water.
- 10. Walk through with the client.
