PROJECT
Replace the rear deck and stairs with pressure-treated framing, composite decking and a new rail.
LABOR
PHASE 1 — DEMOLITION
- 1. Remove old decking, rail and stairs.
PHASE 2 — FOOTINGS AND FRAMING
- 2. Set piers and frame the deck.
PHASE 3 — DECKING AND STAIRS
- 3. Install composite boards and stairs.
PHASE 4 — RAIL AND CLEANUP
- 4. Install the rail.
- 5. Haul debris.
SCHEDULE / CREW
Business days on site: 8-10 days on site, weather permitting.
Crew: 1 general contractor, 1 helper
