Case Wins Debrief

Twelve invented wins at a fictional mid-size firm, read for what slowed them down or left value on the table. Each pattern comes with a working Claude tool that would have helped, ready to run.

Ashford & Vale LLP is a fictional firm. Every matter, name and number here is invented for this demo. Each "could have gone better" point is a question for the trial team, not a finding of error.

How long the wins took

Six wins with known dates took 1 to 12 years to close

Bars run from the first dated event in each matter to the win. Three of the four longest were won on questions of law.

What could have gone better

Five patterns across the wins

The fixes, live on Claude

Four tools, each loaded with a demo run

Each tab opens on a saved run of its demo matter. Edit the input, or paste your own, and press Run on Claude to run it live on your Claude account. Demo inputs are invented.
