Boardroom of One

Bring one decision. Five advisers who disagree on purpose argue it out, answer each other, and vote. Then the chair writes up what you'd gain, what you'd give up, and the one question that settles it.

      Why five advisers

Asking one AI for advice tends to get one balanced, agreeable answer. Giving fixed temperaments to five voices forces the disagreement into the open, and the cross-examination makes them answer each other instead of talking past you.

      What's written, what's generated

The four examples are made-up decisions, with debates and resolutions written by Claude and edited for specifics. Your own decision is argued from templates on this page that react to your answers: runway against time to know, how reversible it is, and what your gut says.

      The chair's rule

Every resolution ends with a crux, a test that would settle it, and a first step you could take this week. A debate that ends in "it depends" hasn't done its job.
